This course is about teaching a method of identifying a defect, analyzing the defect to understand its root cause, then developing solutions that prevent that defect from occurring again.

This is what we cal fail-safing: Making the process safe from the possibility of failing.You will be learning a structured process or roadmapto follow. You will learn how to use some tools which can help you interpret data and make decisions.

The ideas, solutions and process knowledge comes from you. You know a lot about how to make your organization a world class organization.

The challenge is to find a way to channel that knowledge so that you can have a coordinated improvement effort.

This is an online course!

Online instructions: Our online training site requires a modern browser with current software updates. We advise using one of the following browsers with our training courses.

  • Google Chrome Version 50 or greater
  • Internet Explorer Version 10 or greater

We strongly advise aginst attempting to use a smart phone or other small handheld devices for this training. Many courses will contain graphics that will be very difficult to view on a small screen.
